Mastermind

Hardcore DJ Jan Woldhuis uit Appingedam. Niet te verwarren met de uit het Canadese Toronto afkomstige R&B DJ Mastermind. Op internet gebeurd dit wel.

Jan Woldhuis begint in 1988 met hardstyle. Begin jaren 90 ontmoet hij Michel Lodewegen, een dan al bekende house producer. Men gaat samen verder als DJ Mastermind & the Mindcrimers. Later als Mindcrimers. Dit succesvolle duo staat op veel hardcore house CD’s als Thunderdome.

In 2000 verandert de muziekstijl in hardstyle.

Optredens in 2004 o.a. in Discotheek Temptation in Appingedam.
